What I hope to get out of Spain...

My main goal for studying abroad is to become fluent in Spanish and also learn more about the culture. In high school, I studied Spanish and now I want to be able to apply what I learned from the textbooks and experience it firsthand.

Where I'm Going...

I will be studying Spanish for 6 weeks in Salamanca, Spain. While there, I will live with a host family comprised of a single mom and two children, aged 9 and 18.

Who Am I?

I am a sophomore Sociology major, journalism and Spanish double minor, at Colorado College. I was born and raised in Southern California and admit that I fell in love with Colorado. After I graduate, I am going to have such a tough time trying to decide where I want to live--the coast or the mountains.
